Re-Opening Our Cathedral
Before re-opening the Cathedral, some important preparations must be made. This includes ensuring that the Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and implemented.
During the red phase of the reopening, the Cathedral will be open during limited times for private prayer. In order to facilitate this, we are looking to assemble a team of volunteer stewards to ensure that the guidance from the Welsh Government and the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales are safely put into effect. We will not be able to manage any form of re-opening without the assistance of volunteers.
Please be aware that volunteers are unable to be over seventy, or being in any of the vulnerable categories, as noted in the coronavirus guidelines.
If you are able to volunteer, please message Fr. Daniel using the below form. Please include a contact number so that Fr. Daniel can get in touch with you.
There will be more information available in due course.
